HOLO Group classes
Group classes are suitable for client that would like to have a glimpse of GYROTONIC® methods.
At HOLO, group class session can accommodate maximum 3 individuals at a time. This way, we can deliver proper and complete attention to every client at our centre.
We offer Three types of group class:
